Durable RFID UHF Tag for laundry tracking
DAILY RFID has released a new RFID UHF tag which can be customized from 860MHz to 960MHz and can survive under harsh environments. Thanks to its durability, the waterproof RFID UHF tag is suitable for using in harsh conditions, especially in laundry tracking.
Compliant with ISO 18000-6C (EPC Gen 2) standard, the UHF RFID tag can be contactless read and written from 10 cm to 5 m. Meanwhile, with chip sealed in the PET and copper material, the UHF tag is able to perform well under the harsh environments, for example, high temperatures, pressure and aggressive chemicals. So it is regarded as an ideal solution in laundry tracking.
With thickness of 0.7mm, the durable RFID tag allows for easily attach to linen, such as garment, towel and bed sheet. Moreover, with its strictly technical, the UHF tag can be reusable 100-200 times and tracked accurately in the harsh industrial laundry process including washing, ironing and pressing.
In a word, these durable RFID UHF tags allow the tracking of clothes and linen such as number of times washed, washing quantity and quality and storage control. Thus, time and much labor are reduced, while the work efficiency is greatly increased in garment.
