Last day of Olympic games among Germans, germanising as far it can go and Harald Schmidt

Last day in the Olympic delirium in Beijing, after escaping the boredom at the Austrian house, I visited the German house. The Germans set-up an 100% proof biometric entry check up + down system (both forefingers have been scanned, in case you loose one) so that no one unauthorised could invade there privacy and snatch food and drinks. I was granted generously entry and ended up, do not ask me how, in a broadcasting studio set up with one of the most famous German entertainer Harald Schmidt. What I recognised is that actually no one is happy and celebrating, the whole sport buzz is a kind of stressy undertaking, listening secretly to some sport functionaries saying: We can be happy that we have heavy weight lifting, that saved our ass. Why? because the rest of the team are losers. The other ask why is that so? Answer: because all professionals are now working in China and not in Germany. The global market economy surpassed sports and reached the doping business up to Jamaica. In the medal conquest Austria conquer 1 silver and 2 bronze, Germany 16 gold, 10 silver, 15 bronze.
