Latest 2.4GHz Active RFID Reader DL580 for RTLS Applications
DAILY RFID has newly developed a 2.4GHz RFID active reader DL580 to meet different needs of nowadays society. With an external Omni-directional antenna, this 2.4GHz reader is suitable for a number of RTLS (Real Time Location System) applications including asset tracking, warehouse management, logistics, and student management and so on.
This 2.4GHz RFID reader DL580 can ensure whether the tracking products are in the visibility range of around 100 meters from the reader or not, since it has the ability of identifying hundreds of active tags within 100 meters simultaneously. Besides, a buzzer or the color of the 4 LED indicator lights at the bottom of the reader can indicate the RTLS status. And by working with an Omni-directional antenna, it can identify tags in all directions, thus providing a high working accuracy.
With a large buffer capacity, this 2.4GHz active RFID reader can buffer 1000 tags data. And it can process 500 tags at the same time with using the anti-collision technology. Moreover, it provides USB, RS232, RS485 and Weigand ports for data communication.
In all, this active RFID reader DL580 is available in operating from ISM 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz to be deployed in any indoor or outdoor environments for various RTLS applications. And it can offer an impressive long read range of up to 100 meters by integrating with an external antenna.
