RFID Laundry Tag targeted for Industrial Laundry Standard
DAILY RFID has released the latest RFID Laundry Tag designed for use in industrial level laundry operations. With flexible and durable housing, the washable RFID tag improves efficiencies and reduces cost by reuse after hundred cycles.
This new RFID laundry tag combines the advance UHF technology and strong functionality in laundry tracking. The RFID tag is proven to successful undergo at least 200 times laundering cycles. Operating from 860MHz to 960MHz, the UHF laundry RFID tag is able to suffer high temperature, pressure, aggressive chemicals liquids.
The UHF laundry tag contains a transponder chip compliant with the ISO 18000-6C standard (EPC Gen 2). And it can withstand -10 to 200 degree temperature. Besides, the RFID laundry tag can identify and classify batches of clothes in industrial washer automatically even in harsh conditions with a read / write range up to 5m.
