Washable RFID Tag used in Garments to simplify tracking process

DAILY RFID has released washable RFID tag used in Garments to simplify tracking process. It is designed with two small holes in the middle for easy to attach to clothes. Assigned with a unique identify number, each RFID tag is unique recorded to trace the garments accurately even after tens of washing times.

The RFID clothing tag can provide productive efficiency for garment management operation. With the sealed RFID chip inside, not only can the location of each item be tracked, additional information such as the number of times an item has been washed can also be tracked. Therefore, it enables efficient and accurate management of clothes.

With LF and HF frequencies options, the RFID tag can be scanned within 10cm read distance, and maximum up to 40cm by special DAILY’s RFID reader DL810. In addition, made of mixed PPS and epoxy materials, the RFID laundry tag is waterproof, dustproof and heat-resisted. And it can be reused for more than 1000 times after normal laundry procedures.

With a thin thickness of 2.5mm and button size shape, the washable RFID tag has been widely used in garment retail stores. And it is suitable to use in a wide range of applications such as hospitals and hotels or anywhere which needs clothing and linen items to monitor to improve the accuracy of the inventory.
