Washable UHF Passive Tag Streamlines Laundry Management
DAILY RFID has recently announced the launch of UHF passive RFID laundry tag -06 specially designed for laundry management and sorting. This washable UHF passive tag is suitable for use in any hotel, spa, retirement home, sports club laundry and linen management applications as well.
By using these UHF passive RFID tags, it allows the tracking and management of clothes and linen such as number of times washed, washing quantity and quality and storage control. And each UHF laundry tag has a unique ID for tracing a given clothing. Made of housing material of PET or copper, it can withstand harsh industrial laundry process including washing, ironing and pressing for at least 200 times.
Therefore, laundry owners no longer have to track by manual labor which washer is this clothing in or who does this clothing belong to. In addition to clothing, linen products in hotel such as towels, sheets and bathrobes can be equipped with these washable UHF passive tags to reduce theft. Thus, these UHF RFID passive laundry tag will not only improve the laundry management, but they will also enhance the security and accuracy in laundry and linen management.
Compliant with ISO18000-6C EPC Gen2 standard, this passive RFID laundry tag-06 is available at 860MHz to 960MHz Frequency version. And typically, it measures 25 mm by 76 mm, and thickness of 0.7 mm.
