Centre for Sanity and Balance in Public Live
I am an old Hindustani fan by nature and try hard not to miss each weekend's edition of the FT, not to forget that the KILLER COKE campaign caught my attraction, for sentimental reasons. Working in an institution where after hours, if you miss to get your Pellegrino at Sainsbury’s, some magic system forces you to a pilgrimage to the shiny Coke machine. Which by the way I hit as much as possible, always when I pass; why sentimental, seeing how much students and Universities joined this campaign, and in my college? They are so much Coke machines like cows toddle on an proper Austrian meadow. But reading about this very dubious centre the second time in Jo Johnson’s article “ Giving the Goliaths a good kickingâ€, motivated me to write about.
You may think this is a new art project, or a new initiative by ADBUSTERS Foundation. If you are trained by MI5 you may sense a link to Indian mythology. But dear friends you failed. This is a just recently invented organisation, for shore it is said that Coca Cola is behind, rumour says that both soft drink giants joined forces Coca Cola and Pepsi, to fight against the "cheap populism, brand-trashing and multinational- bashing" initiatives which are more and more popping up, like mushrooms after a fresh rain.
Some scientists say that bottled Coke in some parts of the world is still cleaner and healthier to drink than local water, how scary.
The appointed director of this new NGO, Centre for Sanity and Balance in Public Live is Kishore Asthana, a alumnus of the renowned Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, there is no web site and you will not find anything if you Goggle. I am just curious if you could join forces to find something out about this Centre.
Not to forget that several months ago Killer Coke was invented, my favourite Killer Coke and suplementary the Indian resource center with Coke Justice and Poclad
