Ahm, we have been rasping on Yahoo's downfall with our tee spoons since they conspired with Chinese secret service and than put on the naive, do not know business innocent mask. yes Google same same, but to be punished by getting cashed for $44.6 billions and becoming Microhoo. This togetherness would make 600 million who are on either Microsoft’s Hotmail or Yahoo’s email. The question is who is the fool in this deal*? Interesting will be, how the bankers and investors decide, Yahoo and Googol have the same venture capitalist firm which rules in Silicon valley (Sequoia Capital). But as PontonBenji said capitalism biggest problem is when it runs out of enemies / competition. i predict Googol will win, even when shares are down.

So Semel said he had dinner with Larry Page and Sergey Brin, asking them what their business was with Yahoo paying only $7 million annually as its biggest licensor of Google search technology.
