Flexible RFID UHF Laundry Tag uses in harsh laundry process
As the demand of the long durability and reading performance in RFID laundry tags, DAILY RFID has launched its flexible UHF laundry tag for harsh laundry applications. According to some trials before, this UHF RFID laundry tag-06 is available in ISO18000-6C EPC Gen2 and can work well in harsh laundry environments, such as washing, ironing and pressing for at least 200 times.
Operating from 860MHz to 960MHz, these RFID laundry tag can perform well when subjected to the harsh laundry conditions, including high temperatures, pressure and aggressive chemicals. And it can withstand -10 to 180 degrees temperatures.
To meet the requirements of the long durability, the housing of this UHF laundry tag is made of PET and Copper. And with 0.7 mm thickness, it is easy to attach to linen, such as garment, towel and bed sheet.
With flexible and durable features, the washable UHF RFID tag improves efficiencies and reduces cost by reuse after hundred cycles. Besides, it basically meets all requirements in terms of heat, pressure and chemical resistance. In a word, this kind of laundry tag is proven to be a good choice in laundering process in hotels, hospitals, etc.
