RFID Laundry tag designed for harsh laundry conditions
DAILY RFID has recently launched a new UHF RFID Laundry Tag with a low price at 0.78USD, specially designed to meet the requirement of harsh laundry conditions. With strictly technique, this RFID laundry tag can work accurately when subjected to the harsh environment of the laundry process.
This RFID laundry tag is designed for applications which require resistance to high temperatures, pressure and aggressive chemicals. It is waterproof, anti-acid, anti-alkali and heat-resistant and can withstand the highest temperature up to 200 degrees.
With the anti-collision algorithm, these laundry RFID tags can be read simultaneously when tagged garments are stacked closely in piles. It provides a read/write range up to 5m. This RFID laundry tag eliminates errors of laundering orders and inventory counts and reduces the time of garment classify.
Using silicone material, this RFID laundry tag can be reusable after high-temperature sterilization. It can be reused for more than 1,000 times and the EMS memory of this lanudry RFID tag can be wiped and written more than 100,000 times.
