Recall of 3,2 Million Wii Nintendon straps
After exiting sales of the Wii from Nintendo, physical computing hit the game console and gamers. Nintendo launches a recall of 3,2 Million straps for their Wii remote control. After numerous injuries appeared, where gamers try to play as usual. This marketing strategy inspired gamers to re design and poetry spam the manual and the safety suggestions. A very nice example of a professional marketing strategy which understands the need of selling the product through live style, if on purpose or not it does not matter. Question is here only what is cheaper the Caifornien law suits which may spark out and may generate more PR, or a agency which makes the same with actors. -----> see pictures, and claim new strap here Nintendo strap recall

10th anniversary publication to the death of Diana, Princess of Wales
Lord Steven’s investigation into the car crash which killed Diana, Princess of Wales, and Dodi Fayed is published. The former Met chief's inquiry, costs £4 milion, is said to bring together some 20,000 documents and 1,500 witness statements. The Operation paget inquiry report into the allegation of conspiracy to murder a must read for all fan’s of Agatha Christie or the male counterpart Sherlock Holmes. But also perfectly fitting to any erotic imaginations from fetishists of institutional polished inquiry reports.

At first I was surprised. What I was looking at resembled a giant wooden speaker laid on the back with mounted mattresses and cushions on it. Next to the wooden stairs that lead into the box was a decoratively written label saying "Please remove your shoes."

From the Preface: "This is a translation of an old book—indeed, in Internet time, it is a translation of an ancient text." That text is Lessig's "Code and Other Laws of Cyberspace." The second version of that book is "Code v2." The aim of Code v2 is to update the earlier work, making its argument more relevant to the current internet.
