UHF Gen 2 Laundry Tag for Industrial Laundry Conditions

DAILY RFID has released new UHF Gen 2 RFID laundry tag for industrial laundry environment. This UHF RFID laundry tag is specially designed for use in retail, garment rental and laundry operations to improve efficiencies, as well as high inventory accuracy.

Operating at 860MHz to 960MHz, the UHF Gen 2 RFID tag utilizes industrial standard technology to meet the extreme demands of laundry tracking. The laundry tag can be reused up to 200 cycles even under harsh industrial laundry conditions, since it is made of PET and copper material to meet all endurance requirements.

By using this UHF laundry tag, it can indentify and classify batched of clothes in industrial washer automatically. Besides, with a thickness of 0.7mm, the flexible Gen 2 RFID tag is easy to attach to linen, such as garment, towel and bed sheet. Furthermore, it has a read/write range up to 5 meters.

This UHF laundry tag is a perfect solution for laundry applications. The UHF gen 2 tag has an excellent resistance to high temperatures, pressure and aggressive chemicals. And it can be used in many harsh conditions, such as industrial process control system and automation management.
